Are you cursing your life?

While many have something to say about cussing I have something to say about cursing your life. I am not saying go cuss however what i am saying is i think that's actually a shiny object syndrome to get people caught up in the oh i don't cuss however completely bypass the fact that they are cursing their life with their words. Often we are not aware of it and it goes deeper then just changing your language as I also am not a fan of spiritual bypassing. Breaking the addiction of workaholic

We hear all the time about the common addictions however today lets talk about one that gripped me for a long time and maybe grips you from time to time? Addictions stem from a wound of feeling unworthy or unlovable and we have a story wrapped around it and in that story we develop coping mechanisms to avoid the pain, And until we actually heal that pain we will continue that cycle. Today I share my journey of breaking my addiction to work and how losing my mom brought that out of me and when we face those core wounds the beauty and freedom it brings to our lives.
