Unpacking a Glimpse of Grief

Feminine Heart

Sharing a clip of my journey of when my mom was sick and the difference of walking through difficult times when you are coming from your head space versus when you allow yourself to feel vulnerable and be real. Have you ever felt like you always have to be the strong independent woman and you have to be the strong one regardless of what is happening and keep it all together? You are not meant to be holding it all together you are born to be raw and real however this world has slapped so many different labels on you and if you grew up unsupported with your emotions in order to for you to feel safe with your emotions it's going to require healing your superpower as a woman is your ability to authentically be you unapologetically regardless what that looks like owning all the parts and pieces of you and be the woman that God has created you to be.

In the Valley of Life

What do you do in the storms of life? We all face them and we all walk them differently and while there isn't a wrong way however this is a way to walk through them that you don't get sucked under. Thank goodness for I have walked many and have hit many rock bottoms and got sucked under many times and have gained some tools of wisdom and with walking thru of recently losing my mom i will share some of things i did to keep my head above the water and allow God to do what God wants to do in my life. And also feel the strength and love of  God in this difficult journey.
